St. Pancras Station
An amazing example of the Victorian
Gothic revival, this station has been renovated in recent years
(although the hotel portion is unused).
It gives you an appreciation for
the cultural and commercial emphasis placed on British rail transportation
in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. |
